Discover one of the oldest restaurants of the medieval village of Mougins. Roger Vergé, a figure of contemporary French gastronomy, founded L’Amandier. After eight months of renovation, a completely transformed L’Amandier reopened last May and welcomed Chef Denis Fétisson. Denis Fétisson’s cooking style respects the traditional spirit and values of Roger Vergé: innovation, refinement, and authenticity.

 

You will enjoy the rustic atmosphere of the place, enhanced by souvenirs of the restaurant’s former, used as an oil mill.
