The dish named “Signature” are made with Mediterranean seasonal produces: rock fish soup, refreshing citrus fruit, sun-blessed seasonal vegetables, melodious herbs. Sea bass carpaccio with coriander & passion fruit, saddle of lamb with hazelnut and olive crumble, roasted rouget, with pecorino, lomo, olives and basil, chocolatissimo. All these treasures of the culinary art are successfully cooked in the Dolce Vita to satisfy you.
